Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MullicaHill.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and contributors.

Membership

MHBA membership is available to businesses operating in or around Mullica Hill and Harrison Township, NJ. Membership details:

• Annual fee: $200 per year
• Term: Memberships run for one year from the date of payment and expire automatically — there is no auto-renewal
• Renewal: Members will be notified before expiration and can renew through the site
• Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once processed

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at mullicahillma@gmail.com.

User-Generated Content

Members may submit content including blog posts, events, business descriptions, map updates, and images. All submitted content is subject to review and approval by MHBA administrators before it appears on the site.

By submitting content, you agree that:

• You own the content or have the right to share it
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• It does not violate any law or infringe on anyone's rights
• You grant MHBA a non-exclusive license to display the content on the site

MHBA reserves the right to edit, remove, or decline to publish any submitted content at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to access accounts or data that does not belong to you
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the site in bulk without permission
• Use the site for any purpose that violates applicable law

Account Termination

MHBA may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in conduct harmful to other members or the community, or for any reason at our discretion. If your account is terminated for a policy violation, membership fees will not be refunded.

Business Listings

Business information displayed on MullicaHill.com is provided by the businesses themselves and is presented as-is. MHBA makes no guarantees about the accuracy of business hours, contact details, or descriptions. If you notice incorrect information, please let us know through the contact page.

Limitation of Liability

MullicaHill.com is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MHBA is a volunteer-run business association and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or the accuracy of any content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MHBA and its officers, board members, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any content published here.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts of Gloucester County, New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
